Van was in great shape trip was awesome. Checkout experience was not clear in the app

If it were possible, I’d give Haoyu 8 stars. He was incredibly accommodating and the van was much nicer than we expected for a 2012.
I had reserved the wrong time for the van, which we didn’t realize until after we had landed. Haoyu was incredibly helpful in helping us and even changed the pickup point so that we could get on the road more quickly.
I can’t say enough good things about him and we are incredibly grateful that he went out of his way to make sure our trip went smoothly.
