Pick up was extremely easy at the airport. The owner met us at baggage claim with the car and it was a cinch. The van was comfortable and had more than enough space for four people and all of our things for a two week trip. The heat and AC in the van was a little finicky. It seemed as if the fan would intermittently lose power, but not go out entirely. It was certainly not a dealbreaker, and I would rent the car again, but something to be aware of if the weather were more hot or cold.
