Overall, everything came together, but the initial listing had incorrect information that a child seat was available, and that was supposed to be resolved ahead of schedule. We were traveling with two young children, so we were quite stressed about making sure we were able to travel legally and safely. Within the last 24 hours of the booking starting, it was resolved only after it was forgotten that accessing a child seat was required or cancellation needed to be done mutually between both parties(which would’ve been an absolute nightmare for us to deal with). From that point forward, we felt like every communication was an inconvenience to the host. We dealt with headlights out and cops pulling us over. We paid for parking costs accrued by the host because he couldn’t find the parking ticket left in the center console where he left it for us and we did the same. We didn’t feel like it was worth the five bucks to complain about the additional parking cost that we accrued upon arrival for our own exit charge. Again, everything ended up coming together, but it sure was not perfect.

I responded to every text you sent in a timely manner you canceled the trip because of the baby seat issue I did have one just not sure if it was sufficient for you so you canceled just to re book again asking the same questions I removed it from the listing because I didn’t want to be responsible for not having the right type of baby seat there’s a lot of different types as for the receipt I left it on top visible for you and you did not do the same I could not find it until after calling you
We had a very nice van clean smell good and ran good and I would rent it again. Thanks so much,
