The van met my needs for my trip. There was an existing cigarette smell despite the "no smoking" policy, but otherwise was as described. Pickup and drop off were very convenient. The owner of the vehicle was very friendly and communicative.

Tldr: host has great communication and is nice but the vans are raggedy, ride hard and not worth the fee.

Martin is nice and fixed and issue immediately however both his vans are not up to par. The first one smelled like cigarettes, the interior was dirty, ac doesnt blow cold, the radio doesnt work and the tire pressure is off. Even with all of this i was going to push through it since I was on a time crunch but when I pulled up to the stop sign down the street, I had to push hard on the brakes to stop - i thought the brakes had gone out. Martin switched me to a different van and was really apologetic about the condition which was appreciated but then the 2nd van was, again, dirty; driving it at high speeds felt precarious too. I wont rent these vans again even with the convenient location and kind host.

Just what I needed. Simple and easy to use. Convenient.
