This Odyssey was perfect for our family of 5 to visit grandparents. With 2 extra seats we were able to scoop up the grandparents and travel together in one vehicle. Radwan was an amazing host! Seamless communication/timing and the vehicle was clean and in great shape. I highly recommend and will be renting again.

The car has many issues , the back rim is compromised, the check engine light was on most of the trip, wiper blades need to be replaced all four tires need to be replaced, and the back side door does not open

Thank you for the feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience of the check engine light coming on during the trip. It was unexpected and it was for an O2 sensor minor issue.
Regarding tires and other issues, the vehicle was inspected by Honda service department 20 days before your trip. Even 2 brand new tires were installed about a month ago.
We trust Honda tech feedback as we believe this is their specialty.
