The vehicle died on us the very first day we had it. We had the Uber back to our hotel from the grocery store we were at and we're without the car for the rest of the day.

The guest left a door open, which can clearly be seen in the photos they uploaded. That caused the interior lights to stay on and drained the battery. However, I went to the vehicle and jump-started it, but the guest wanted me to give them the rental for free because of an issue they caused.
Communication was great. We had a hiccup with our van and they brought us a replacement to our hotel immediately.
