The host was good with keeping me updated about the condition of the van before I arrived. The van was easy to find and had plenty of room. The van drove great. I would rent from them again. Very nice experience.

Car had damages from previous drivers and fuel level was low at pickup. This was unprofessional

Willie, I understand your frustration, but I'd like to clarify: The fuel policy (return at same level) was agreed to at pickup. The vehicle was fully functional and safe throughout your rental. The door damage you mentioned is a minor cosmetic issue that doesn't affect operation. Vehicle ran great. The interior and exterior was not to my standards. And the smell inside was terrible. It smelled like someone lived in it. It was not washed and was dirty..
