Vehicle ran great. The interior and exterior was not to my standards. And the smell inside was terrible. It smelled like someone lived in it. It was not washed and was dirty..
Vincent, when you raised concerns we immediately offered to end the trip early and refund your remaining days. You never responded and kept the vehicle. Leaving a 2-star review after declining our resolution offer is not an honest reflection of the experience. We act in good faith — we ask guests to do the same. You never provided evidence of such claims.

Vehicle did its job however the cleanliness of it outside
Hi L!, as mentioned in multiple messages before and during your trip, there was heavy dust and pollen affecting vehicles parked outdoors due to local conditions at the time. All our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before every trip. While we respect your feedback, leaving a 2-star review despite the proactive communication and transparency provided feels unfair and does not reflect the overall service and vehicle provided.
