This van has 180k miles on it, worn inside, dents and scratches down the side and bunch of alerts for maintenance. It smells like they left the windows down in the rain. Ran well.
Taking a shuttle to lot c took like 20 minutes to arrive. Not their fault but STL airport is awful. After I parked, I ended up walking to dollar rental to get back to airport. Shuttle didn’t come for another 15 minutes.. I give 2 stars because price was solid and communication was good. This car shouldn’t be rented.

Hi Brian, we appreciate the review, but we need to address this: you never contacted us about any issues. The van was cleaned and had no operational problems. The shuttle delays and lot access are STL airport logistics—we have no control over those. If there was a specific concern at pickup, please let us know directly and we'll investigate.

The host was good with keeping me updated about the condition of the van before I arrived. The van was easy to find and had plenty of room. The van drove great. I would rent from them again. Very nice experience.
