The Pacifica was in an accident by the prior guest and Turo did not delisted it.

The instructions were clear and the car was well kept. No issues with the vehicle or process. The only issue with the vehicle is that there was an AirTag hid in the trunks storage container. The AirTag was hidden away inside another compartment of the storage container and was clearly placed so it would not be found. This is a violation of Turo policy and is not an approved tracking system through Turo. Not only was this not an approved device but the owner of the vehicle did not disclose this information. In essence violating the privacy of my wife and I. I hope moving forward the owner will partake in improved ethical practices.
