We rented the Toyota Sienna and they brought it to us and picked it up, it was everything we needed. we appreciate the services. we would rent again if needed.

This car started shaking uncontrollably while coming down a mountain at normal speed. I found it difficult to even stop the car. I pulled over and called the owner. He insinuated that I just must have done something because it’s never acted like that before. Never mind that it’s a 2012 and that the check engine light came on after pulling into a gas station to call him. Turo is doing what they can to get us home but I’ve been on the phone since 8pm. It’s 1am and I had to send my family to a nearby hotel and wait
to figure out how to get home. We still don’t know how we’ll get home. We’re basically stranded 5 hours away from home. So yeah- Im actually writing this review from the hotel lobby because my husband and I are stranded with a 3 year old and two medically fragile parents. My mom will need dialysis tomorrow and we won’t be able to make it. My dad’s insulin is all wasted due to lack of refrigeration. Thanks for the car guy! Super helpful.
