Honest Review from an Optimistic person:
The Good: The car is spacious with good seats and the host is friendly and communicates well.
The bad: Do not expect luxury for this vehicle. Plenty of road noise and harsh ride.
The unfortunate terrible experience: The passenger side sliding door broke in middle of our trip. It had a mechanical failure of the latch ( no fault of ours at all). The sliding door would not lock and this happened after hours when shops were closed. We had manually hold the door in lock position to all along our return trip of 6h. Very bad experience!!
Conclusion: while the unexpected mechanical failure is not anyone’s fault, the host communicated well and was very responsive. Do not expect luxury for this vehicle. Treat it as a spacious vehicle!!!
The vehicle was picked up by an unauthorized driver, which is a direct violation of Turo Terms of Service.
The sliding door issue was caused by the lower bracket being STEPPED ON and coming off the track. This is mechanical damage, not a failure.

Great vehicle. We had 5 adults a 3 month old traveling from WA state to CA and it fit everything comfortably with room to spare. Minor issues with the lights and blinker going out but that's bound to happen. Gas mileage was fair, very spacious, the host/ owner was amazing to work with. Highly recommend.
