Landed first car was stolen but they replaced van

Thank you for your communication and following through with your customer service and honoring your word. This host is committed to providing high quality service. The van ran smoothly and added to a great trip. I definitely recommend this host because of their dedication to keeping a safe, clean and reliable vehicle and communication in making sure I was taken care of when another person did not return their other vehicle, they helped me with a swap and when there were differences in vehicles, the host did not leave me hanging. They heavily communicated with me until it was figured out.
Definitely a Top Tier Host.
Thank you
