Host was fine. Car wasnt in the best condition. Looked to have been in an accident and had vibration in the front end.

I am honestly so disappointed in this car. First it was not clean in the inside. It was animal fur and when you opened up the middle console it was food and some type of guck in there . I had to clean the car just so we can be comfortable being in there. The areas in the front of the car was so terrible. The car has over 220k miles and this was never disclosed to us. The tires were not in good condition so it sounds like we were on a plane during the drive. I had to prayed that we made it to our destination (which we did) however at times I was nervous to drive. The headlights didn’t work properly so we had to drive with the high beams but again things you don’t notice till night and the passenger mirror was taped with black masking tape. We picked up the car the day we left and money was already taken so we took our chances. I gave them a 2 star because the van did get us to our destination and back home but was a bit nerve wracking to drive at times especially because we weren’t sure if we even gonna make. Some good things is it’s very spacious and again the car got us to where we needed to be and we did get around. I feel if the host properly cleans the car next time and fix some of the maintenance issues even with over 220k miles it may get a few more trips out of it.
The vehicle was cleaned right before your trip. The car just got new break and rotors it should not sound like a plane. 220k miles but it took u to Florida and back. The vehicle is in good condition to be a 2018. Before making another reservation, maybe u may want to go with a 2025 vehicle with low mileage. As listed, this is a 2018 from Turo not enterprise. People's personal vechiles, which we put out here to help others but yet consumers will always find something to complain about.
