• What happens if i go over the miles included on my trip?

  If you gone over the miles included on your trip, you will be charge per miles the fee that Turo suggested or requires.

• Can i request more days once the trip is in-process?

  Absolutely. Just request it through the app.

• Do i have to Fuel the vehicle before return it?

  Yes. The vehicle will be full when you pick it up. Therefore vehicle have to be Full when you return it. Otherwise you are going to pay an automatic fee of $10 that Turo require plus the cost of fuel to full the vehicle. A copy of the receipt from the gas station will be submit to you after you return the vehicle with your invoice.

• Can we contact the host once trip in-process if we have a question?

  Ofcourse. Through Turo app.

• Can other people drive the car?

  Yes. However, you'll have to add the second, third etc... driver through Turo and submitting a selfie with their license right next to their face. The same way the primary driver did.

• How Late can i be when return the vehicle?

  5 minutes, after that you will be charge a fee whatever turo require. In some cases if you let the host know ahead of time you may/can come to a compromise.

• Do i have to i have to wash the vehicle before return it?

  No. However I don’t allow dog on the van if you do have dogs or pets in the van please do wash or vacuum the van before returning the van. If I find pets hair on the van you’ll be responsible for the cost/fee.

• Can I pick up the car earlier than i requested at the time i booked the vehicle?

  Maybe or depends, if ask the host ahead of time, and if we are available we will try our best to make your experience as smooth, easy and the best way we could.

• If I didn’t have time to fuel the tank, can I give you cash to fill it?

  No. I am so sorry. Everything have to be done through the Turo app at checkout. Money can’t change hands.
