Communication was great. Car was nice and clean.
I recommend switching to hand-off drop off and pick up. It was very challenging to find the car in the Detroit airport long term parking lot with it under construction and terrible signage. Once the car was found, the car seats that were reserved were not installed so it required us watching YouTube videos to install them properly. The search for the car in the parking garage and car seat installations (an hour added to the trip) were with two toddlers in tow after a flight... Not ideal, but appreciated their communication leading up to the trip and during the trip.

I rebooked with these guys after my first rental was canceled due to a service recall. They were awesome to rent from. The vehicle was excellent and the communication was easy. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.
