Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was very disappointing. The vehicle’s registration was expired, which we did not discover until we were in Tennessee after driving from Michigan. We were never made aware of the expired registration before or during our rental.
Having to find out this way put us in a very uncomfortable and stressful situation, especially knowing we still had to make the drive back to Michigan in the same vehicle. When renting through Turo, I expect the vehicle to be properly registered and ready to be driven legally.
The van itself served its purpose, but the expired registration is a serious issue and significantly affected our experience. I hope this is addressed so future renters are not put in the same position.

Everything was great. Car was very clean and pick up and drop off process was very easy. The only issue I had was the host did not have an updated registration inside the vehicle due to not receiving them yet, I didn’t get pulled over or anything but the anxiety of that was not fun. I’m still giving 5 stars though because everything else was top tier. Would definitely rent again from this host.
