Pickup was rough other then that great. Thank you

We apologize that pickup was not as smooth as expected. Unfortunately, an accident on the bridge leading into the airport caused unexpected delays beyond our control. We did our best to make things right by providing 50% off your trip, waiving refueling charges and tolls, arranging an Uber to your accommodations, and delivering the vehicle directly to you so you wouldn't have to wait at the airport. We always strive to provide excellent service and appreciate your understanding.
Very clean and nice. Great Host. Thank you so much.
