Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations and that we fell short of a 5-star experience. We don’t want this to continue happening, so for future trips you may be better suited renting from a company like Enterprise, where their service model may better align with your expectations and provide a more consistent experience.
