A little hard to find at first, but the car was perfect for us and the host was very helpful!
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the vehicle was difficult to locate. At the Provo Airport location, our pickup instructions are specific: exit the terminal, proceed to D3, then walk toward the gravel area where the vehicle is parked near the end. We aim to provide clear directions for a smooth pickup experience. For future rentals, you may prefer a provider with closer vehicle access to better suit your needs.
