Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, especially since you mentioned everything else went well. We always aim to provide a 5-star experience and hate to see any guest leave unhappy. For your next trip, you might consider renting from Enterprise if you prefer a different experience. We appreciate your input and will keep improving to better serve future guests.
Overall good ride. Van worked with a few minor sensor issues but nothing out of the normal for a 2015. Host was good to work with

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Minor rock chips can happen and are addressed promptly with professional windshield repair, which prevents spreading and keeps the vehicle safe. To keep our rates significantly lower than airport rentals, we manage costs carefully while maintaining safety standards. If you prefer immediate full replacements for any chip or crack, a traditional rental company like Enterprise may be a better fit.
