It was confusing to navigate pickup and drop off.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over where Turo vehicles are parked at the SLC airport, as they are required to be in the designated economy lot per airport regulations. This does involve taking the shuttle and walking 3 rows . If this was too much walking for you, a rental company located directly inside the terminal, such as Enterprise, may be a better fit for your needs in the future.
