Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, it’s very difficult to keep the outside clean at pickup when weather conditions are poor. We always aim to provide the best experience possible. For future trips, you may prefer renting from Enterprise, as their vehicles are kept in covered parking and remain spotless regardless of weather conditions.
