The host was very nice and easy to work with. The car's overall condition was decent—we had no major issues and logged over 2,000 miles in a week. However, we did have to top off the air in one of the tires every two days. The front windshield wipers were also worn down, which made visibility less than ideal in bad weather. Overall, the car got the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I can’t control where you drive or prevent you from running over a nail. Likewise, on a 3,290-mile trip in constant rain, windshield wipers can experience significant wear. I can provide a vehicle with good wipers, but I can’t control how quickly they wear during an extended trip. Next time, I suggest renting from Enterprise, where you can visit a location and request exchange the car if you encounter issues like a flat tire or worn wipers.
