Car quality was good, some trash was left. Really liked that it’s hybrid so I’m sure it helps a lot with gas mileage. Pick up location was good, the only issue I had was communication with host was not great. Instructions to pick/drop off were good, but if you send host message takes a while to respond.. I let him know we were on our way to pick up van and also when we arrived and he did not get the message. We waited about 15mins for him to unlock the Van, I ended up having to call him directly so he could unlock it..

Our trip was terrific. Pick up was easy. The vehicle was very clean. Everything worked. The mpg was good. Fill up was reasonable. The host was kind and understanding when we were a little late. We would rent it again.
