A great experience, through and through. Communiative, flexible, super easy pick up / drop off. All of the things you want a host to have. Would rent again.

The car had badly worn out tires when I showed up of pick up, although the host managed to get them replaced by a shop, but it still made me have to wait there for an hour to get the job done, which delayed my trip. By the time I returned the vehicle I was overcharged by the host for mileage because of his mistake, even though I can get it reimbursed, but I had to take my effort to call Turo to get it done. The host is out of the country and did not reply my message or answer my call in time during the entire trip. Overall, not to happy with this rental.

Super easy pick up super easy drop off, and the van was exactly as described and more. We’ll definitely run again when I need to pick up furniture.
