The communication with the host was good, and the van ran smoothly with no mechanical issues. However, the interior could use some attention as all the seats were stained, and the gas tank was less than half full at pickup. Ultimately, it served its purpose well as an extended test drive for this model year.
Upholstery stain of what? The seat that you are first to remove it and never fix it back still the same as new . You rent just for 1 day and you remove seat that is blocking your way and never fix it back .

Host was off by a day so we had to drive to another location to pick up. It wasn’t ready, but host did what the could to make it right. Third row seat wouldn’t operate correctly so had to work on it to get it to drop down. Oil change is past due, there was a nick in rear tire that gave me pause, and right tail light is cracked. These maintenance issues are worrisome when setting out on a trip. Hopefully these are addressed soon. Otherwise, great vehicle for a family.
Third roll might be a little stiff because is not been use regularly. The oil was changed in November so there is no Maintenance issue if you check the sticker you see the date . You return my car back with heavy dirty on the car , mud on inside carpet and refuse to clean the car . You came to pick car up in different locations and I compensated you by picking the car up instead of you dropping it off .
