Great spacious, clean, smooth ride. Host was great, answered all my questions when needed.. Made sure I was ready to go when the time came. Was very understanding when I communicated that I was running a little late. Over all, 10 out 5 stars!

you rent a van almost new 2024 with 5yrs warranty for 3days with lots of complain while a guest who drop off before you pick the van for 11days noo single complain gave 5-star and guest who pick up immediately after you drop off for 12days no complain . Just 3days you claimed you bought used tire for 155$ while extra new tire from company was with the vehicle , I suspect you dont want to pay looking for how to get your money back . thank you for your rate

The communication with the host was good, and the van ran smoothly with no mechanical issues. However, the interior could use some attention as all the seats were stained, and the gas tank was less than half full at pickup. Ultimately, it served its purpose well as an extended test drive for this model year.

Upholstery stain of what? The seat that you are first to remove it and never fix it back still the same as new . You rent just for 1 day and you remove seat that is blocking your way and never fix it back .
