Great car! Amazing service!!

Easy pick up, super clean car and very spacious! Not a single complaint :)

This is a rather long review and being my first time using Turo car hire company, I was unfamiliar with how the Turo app and location in finding the car worked. I was also unfamiliar with the airport layout so had an extremely difficult time in finding the vehicle. Once found, all was in order and I was happily on my way. On my return at the end of my trip, in spite of very carefully using the navigation route in order to return the vehicle to the exact location I found it, I was frustratingly unable to do so, as various entry ways to the parking location were blocked and I had to call Turo for confirmation to leave the car where I had now parked it. The software in the bluetooth maps navigation (the vehicle came without fully installed maps navigation) was faulty and I needed to reset it four times during my trip in order for it to function and connect with my phone, as normal. I was also unaware there was no spare tyre in the spare wheel well, until I was a couple of thousand miles away, not even an emergency "biscuit" tyre or a jack or wrench to loosen the wheel nuts. I was informed the vehicle had a "run flat" tyre system. All well and good, until encountering a major tyre malfunction or blowout and the driver is now left stranded and has to deal with the problem of a stuck vehicle until help arrives. It left me feeling extremely uneasy for much of my trip, but fortunately there were no further issues.
I really feel Turo needs to step up and make renters aware of these issues as information is key when renting a vehicle, especially for a possibly long trip, which mine turned out to be. Where I'm from, one can very easily be shot and killed when broken down on the highway or in a remote location. some of us are not from the US and are unfamiliar with the way systems work here and working entirely through an app with no human contact can be extremely irksome.and bothersome.
In spite of all of the above, the vehicle ran incredibly smoothly and trouble free. My initial trip needed to be extended, and I was able to do this comfortably and without hassle or fuss. My host was extremely understanding and addressed all my questions immediately. Would I use Turo again???? ABSOLUTELY!! The vehicle was exactly what I booked and great service, especially if they iron out some of my queries!! 5 Stars!!
