Fast to respond, good communication and car was as expected.
Yes, this is ongoing problem with the parking garage the introduce a new something which they couldn’t take their time to do it so it’s a lot of issues and problems especially I have ordered the transporter for almost 2 weeks. They told me they mail it, but I have not received it so that it’s a challenge that we are going to in Boston packing garage at airport.

Kwasi is an amazing host! Worked with us on pick up and so accommodating! The Sienna was very roomy and worked great for our big family. Would def rent again.
