Car was great! Clean and nice! Unfortunately the initial airport pick up was a real debacle, and communication of the issue not great.

That one was ours: our delivery helper staged the van at the hotel next door by mistake, and then our messages crossed and told you no one was on the way when someone was. You shouldn't have had to wait or chase it down. Glad the van itself treated you well. — Juan
