The car was great! Clean, filled up and ready to go. Drove well on all different types of roads. The host was extremely accommodating- he allowed us to change our drop off location before our trip even started. He was also very communicative, giving us all necessary information at least a day in advance. I highly recommend this host and car; I will certainly be using him again whenever I come back to Boston!

I got my vehicle an hour late , the breaks were awful and the passenger side mirror flew off driving on highway

We apologize for the delayed delivery. However, we have never received a brake-related complaint from any previous guest, and the vehicle’s brakes were recently serviced. As for the passenger-side mirror, it was intact before the trip and was damaged while the vehicle was in your possession. We stand by the condition of the vehicle at the start of the rental.
