Car great , communication was great and pickup was great but drop off was horrible when I waited at the Omni for an hour and I never got a response from the host and the host never recalled me back and I ended up having to bring it to the airport and I hope I did it right

Host was excellent with communication. He answered us quickly and clearly and gave us easy directions from coming out of the terminal and what bus to take, to getting back to the parking area we needed to drop off the vehicle. The car was super clean and fit all of us (6 people) including all our luggage! With still plenty of room for extra shopping bags. Car was great on gas too which made it a breeze to travel around town all week! Highly recommend this Turo host!
