The car was delivered directly to airport parking, no shuttle, and clear pickup instructions were provided before the trip, yet you did not read a word. You arrived earlier than scheduled without prior communication, but we still delivered the car 15 minutes early, and went over everything again in person. We’re unsure what was considered “mid service.” We’ve consistently maintained 5-star reviews and hope future guests consider the full context. This review feels very unfair and disappointing.
They make our trip so convenient. The car was clean and easy to use. Definitely recommend
