Car was clean and got us where we needed to go. It was a wonderful trip.

Worse host and car ever. Don’t ever rent from
them. They gave me a vehicle where the battery was no good. Then the check engine light came on. The brakes were not good at all. They left my family and I stranded in Los Angeles. They did not try to help us at all. They don’t deserve any stars.

The vehicle was inspected and driven prior to your trip with no brake issues, and it was used for approximately 24 hours without any concerns being reported. Roadside assistance was offered but declined, which limited our ability to assist in real time and address the issue. You also abandoned the vehicle 9 hours away. Was super disrespectful to our team.
