Car was great. Drop off was a little sketchy. Still waiting for someone to come.
Hi John, sorry the drop-off was confusing. We usually always meet our guests at the airport ride-share lot.
But we made an exception for you and let you pick it up at the office.
My cohost was assuming you’d be returning at the office, but my automated message let you back to the ride-share lot.

Mini van was great. The ability to add a cooler, infant seat, and booster seat to our trip was super convenient. Quentin was super responsive once I let him know we had a flat tire and even offered to pick us up. Will definitely rent from him again!
