Car was a little run down and ran a little rough. Found several bugs in the vehicle so we switched rental vehicles an hour into our 6 hour trip. Asked for a refund and they blamed us for the bugs. They said the vehicle was super clean when we got it, but it wasn’t that clean.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We fumigated the car and cleaned it perfectly so it shouldn't happen again! Bugs must've come from the previous renter's luggage, not yours.
Everything was great full tank clean and ready to go .
