The pick up was super easy! Van was parked right in front of the terminal. The van was clean but had a super strong cigarette smell that would not go away no matter how much we aired the van out the entire week we rented the van. It honestly was a huge bummer and made us dread the driving portion of our trip. The owner offered a reimbursement for air fresheners, which was a nice gesture but it did not remove the smell unfortunately. Otherwise the van was fine.
