Great to deal with! Easy to find! And affordable!

Sarah was initially super helpful when our original vehicle needed to go to the shop. She left another similar vehicle for us and called me to let me know the problems. She also said she was available to answer questions "24 hours a day".
However, as our flights were rebooked due to the government shutdown, we had to return the car a few hours earlier than planned. Drop off instructions only stated to park in P1 parking but didn't indicate where to put the key, etc.
Also, the gas cap said "E85 fuel". Not being familiar with the area, we were unsure where to refuel.
I tried to message Sarah on the Turo app and on her personal number with no response. I tried calling her personal number a couple of times also with no response. I finally found another contact number on the Turo app which turned out to NOT be Sarah but I'm unsure who I spoke with, but he started we could just fill it with "regular" gas. So, that's what we did.
Also, P1 parking was closed so we ended up just parking in P2. 🤷 I didn't know what else we could have done.
The car itself was fine.

The vehicle was in excellent condition and the service and response time to questions was impeccable! I’ll definitely be renting fr Zachary again in the future.

Everything was great. They timed it to bring car to curbside when picking up car. It was clean and got the job done.
