My first time using the Turo platform to rent a vehicle and I was fortunate to find the mini van Mattie was renting. She was very quick to respond and provided me with all my the information to smoothly complete the rental pick up. The van was very clean and drove good without any issues. Mattie was even kind enough to adjust my drop-off location based on my eary morning flight.
I sure hope my next Turo rentals go as smooth as my first.

It was ok, it got us around….felt a little uneasy at times. Tye big problem was the key fob (which we were told it was in the process of being replaced before our rental and ran late) 🤷🏼‍♀️ the two separate keys to start and unlock was a major inconvenience as one door worked for locking and the other door for unlocking. The squeaky breaks, locks didn’t work properly, window got stuck, lining from the door/windows in second row loose and flapped in the wind, some of the tv/glass holder above opened spontaneously. Sliding doors were hard to close and sometimes didn’t shut tightly.

Great host. Seamless service. You won’t have any problems.
