I had a great experience renting this minivan. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly throughout my trip. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole process stress-free. Pickup was also super convenient thanks to the great location. Had to return the car early because my father in law passed away. Asked for a partial refund but did not get one. Not saying the owner should have given it—just would’ve been nice.
