Host was wonderful, responsive, and kind. The vehicle drove great!

At pick up the interior of the car was not clean. The windows were dingy and dirty, especially in the backseat rear. The passenger side rear seat adjuster was broken. Could not move the seat up and down. Apple CarPlay did not function in the vehicle. Bluetooth did work. At Pickup, the vehicle was only filled at half a tank, but we did return on a full tank of gas. Owners did respond quickly to adjusting our needs for early pick up. They are approved a same-day change.
