This is my first one star I have ever wrote on this app I have given 5 stars on almost every car I have rented on this app let’s start with the car brakes are grinding and the car is not aligned causing it to wobble. The last day of the trip contacted host to let them know I was in the hospital with my toddler and that my husband would gladly drop off the car so I could stay with my toddler (IN THE HOSPITAL) they said they would not allow it per turos policy even though my child was very ill and was not willing to work with me to let me pay extra to have them pick up their car or let my husband who has a clean driving record and a valid license drop the vehicle off to them would not recommend.
