Ma’am.. I have had the hardest time confirming the legitimacy of that work order. Scams are everywhere and they look just like that work order you provided. I’m sorry for the time that’s already gone by. And regardless of this nasty and untrue review I’ll still reimburse you once I find that that invoice is legitimate. Just hold your horses please.
