Donald what a great guy. Van as described, clean, with a full tank. Donald came out of his way to repair our flat tire. Check in and out was easy Thank you. Will definitely use him again.

The car cleanliness and operational wise was wonderful.
There was a mistake made at point of delivery and I was awaken at 5 am 5 hours before my scheduled delivery to phone calls saying the car was going to be towed it was blocked a drive way. It was at the wrong address. I got in my own vehicle and drove over to retrieve the car. Having to deal with multiple officers and thankfully a very understanding home owner . I would have expect at least an offer of delivery fee return from this host but was offer nothing for the inconvenience. I payed to have the car delivered if it wasn’t something you could accommodate you probably should not offer that.

This vehicle surpassed all of our expectations. Donald and crew were very communicative, helpful and friendly. Adding the Yeti cooler to the trip saved us a hunk of money and added convenience a normal rental car place can't. Thank you so much for making our PNW family vacation amazing.
