Easy pickup, responsive, clean

Everything went as anticipated. The car worked fine and safely got us to where we needed to go. The seats did look a smidge dirty upon receiving the vehicle but it’s nothing that would stop me from not using the car and we didn’t rent a car to be some luxurious ride. Don’t get me wrong, the car was clean inside and out but some of the seats looked recently used or stained maybe. Overall we were just looking for an affordable and reliable rental that had plenty of room inside for our family and travel bags because our vehicle at home is on its last leg. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions i had which was nice. So overall i am giving 5 stars because all the essential and most important things were all satisfied.

Sammuel was great at communicating and very understanding. The vehicle did great on our trip and I would highly suggest using him for any of your car rental needs in the future!
