Car was good but only issue was on the door latch issue
Ramu •
Sorry for the problem encountered during your trip. Unfortunately the car developed an issue with the sliding door latch where it would not completely close all the way during your trip. There were no warning signs that this might happen and was unpreventable.
However I take full responsibility and have fully refunded my earnings from the trip (Turo still retains their share).
The door latch has also been completely replaced and the problem is fixed.
Hopefully I can prove myself to you next time
Great trip and nice host
