Good and comfortable van for our road trip. Disappointed not all the features in the car worked. Rear seat entertainment screen couldnt connect because of an error and the infotainment screen kept going black when trying to link the car play so couldnt use navigation or android auto.
Thank you for your feedback, Kolawole. We spoke with the Toyota dealership and learned that the CarPlay/Android Auto issue is typically resolved by turning the CarPlay off and back on. Occasionally the infotainment system needs a quick power cycle to reconnect properly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again in the future.
