David was responsive, communicative, and went above and beyond to address an unexpected A/C issue by arranging a technician on the holiday, which I truly appreciated. The van got us safely to our destination and back. However, the vehicle would benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance, as we experienced a few issues during the rental. Overall, I appreciate the host's efforts and willingness to help.

Trip was good had some inconvenience with check engine light and cigarette lighter fuse blowing which caused issues with phone charged, phone dying and navigation.
