Was supposed to have this car for my entire trip, but unfortunately I had to return the car the day after I got it, not even a whole 24 hours. Piss poor communication to start, got zero pickup instructions, I go to the address for pickup, the host was not there, got the key from a random man, the host did not say this was the plan. The car has multiple dents around it, it does not ride smooth, the “backup camera” is extremely blurry, and there is no Bluetooth. A few hours after picking the car up, the check engine light came on, I notified the host and the response I got was “I meant to tell you it might pop on, it has a bad o2 sensor, nothing major”. I get up the next day to get the day started, get in the car and it wouldn’t crank. So at that point I was done with it, I spoke with customer service for a replacement. They sent men to come get the car, and “fixed” the car in the parking lot of the hotel and proceeded to ask if I was going to keep a car that literally would not crank an hour prior. Be so serious. Terrible experience, car and host. Wasted 4 hours dealing with this and having to get another car. Please, save yourself a crash out or two & do not book this car. If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would.
Unfortunately on one of the coldest day this year, the battery failed on the first day this guest had rented the van. We diagnosed it and swapped out the battery but she no longer wanted the van.
