Car Quality - Vehicle was dirty on the inside and had trash from previous renters on the floor. I understand this is an older car, but it looks like no attempt was made to clean between renters.
Location of pickup - Pickup location was not explained well. We went down to the car rental garage at first before eventually figuring out that we were supposed to be in the parking garage.
Communication - Besides the pickup location, the renter communicated well with us before and afterwards.

The pick up and drop off were easy. It drove well with no problems. It held all seven of us and our luggage easily. (FYI if you have seven people, the one that gets stuck in the middle seat is going to have a bruise in their backside from the location of the seatbelt.)
The condition of the vehicle was a little janky - the seat covers were worn and sliding off, the exterior passenger mirror and the backup camera display were both foggy to the point of affecting visibility, color rubbed off of high-touch areas - but overall small things in an otherwise functional 13-year old vehicle.
I wouldn’t take it to a classy event, but it served our needs.
