Josh was extremely kind and accommodated throughout the entire process. I had several requests that were unusual such as reconfiguring the seats and he kindly took care of that with the kindest customer service. In addition, the car rode beautifully. It had a lot of space and was a great value. Despite the fact that the car was a few years old, it felt like it drove like a brand new car. From the beginning, throughout the middle, all the way up to drop off I could not have asked for such a super host!! Josh made the trip even better than the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest by his kindness, generosity, and phenomenal customer service. Thank you Josh for being such an incredible 5 star host. Everyone should go through Josh to rent! You can be assured that he will work with you every step of the way with patience and kindness. Thank you again Josh.
