Awesome experience with the van. It is fantastic for my family trip. It is comfortable and super clean. Love the detailed instructions. Will rent again.

The vehicle was in terrible condition. The interior was filthy, gum stuck on the doors and trash left in cup holders. The floors were clearly not vacuumed upon pick up. Cleaning was much needed, not satisfied with the quality of the car.
Hi Saul, thanks for your feedback. This one was totally on me, I mixed up my days and thought your pick up time was the next day. As you can see I've had 5 stars on this vehicle and most of my other vehicles. Not something that is typical for me, but again my sincerest apologies.
