Terry was an excellent communicator and fixed a quick flat for us. The car was clean and was just what we needed for our trip.

I was quite surprised to see that this was a Used Car Lot. The car was locked up in a parking lot in a really rough neighborhood - lots of houseless folks all around. I get that as a someone using Turo you can't control it, but I think it's worth mentioning because if this was my wife picking this car up or dropping it off late, she said herself, she would not feel comfortable doing this. It should be at least mentioned in the post. The cars tires were low on air, the gas wasn't all the way filled up. It's the little things that matter some times.
